Rena, Me, and Jenn 2010. These are my sisters sent from Heaven. I tell ya, after my sister died nearly four years ago, I prayed that God would send me people that I could call friends, people that would be "like a sister" to me. I am so blessed to call these girls my friends. They are unique; they are fun; they are smart; they are just a blast to be around...they are awesome!
Anyways, they are "modeling" a shirt that we had printed up for sale to raise money for the adoption. The wording says, "Mentor. Foster. Adopt." I'll post about these again later next week.
We met up with the Duewels' and Bennetts' at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Chesterfield, MO this weekend. This place has it all! Love it! We cashed out on a sweet deal, plus they throw in breakfast, snacks, free sodas, and a "kick back" or lite dinner with 3 free "adult" drinks each evening!
On Friday, we took the girls to Faust Park and took some photos in their tutus that Tatiana and I had made for her friends, Nataly, Luisa and Erika. Beautiful girls!
We also went to the Spaghetti Factory for lunch. We went the year before that as well. Then, the boys swam in the pool with Ben and Nate while we were taking pics at the park.
That evening, we found out that the Bond and Sinclair Family were also staying at the same hotel. We finally met up with them at the reunion today. Another post with details and pics about the reunion to follow this one later...
