Saturday in St. Louis... and the CHI Reunion.

Here are a few pics in no particular order...

Nataly B. Age 10.5 from Monteria. Sweet and Super funny girl.

CHI had some children entertainer who sang and led the kids in a silly dance.

Jenn B, Julie A, and Me. Julie adopted a sib group of 3 from Cali, and is also in the process to adopt again. Jenn adopted Nataly (pic above) and we usually get together 1-2x a year.

Jim and Betty's daughter with her newest sister (domestic adoption).

Jim and Betty with their newest son (domestic adoption- a set of twins). Caught Betty while she was in mid conversation. Sorry, Betty, but had to get the proud Papa! These two have a heart for orphans and their children are so beautiful and precious.

Our family with Julie Eagleson. She helped with our adoption. She was also the person who gave us added support, by a simple phone call in Colombia when we were adopting. Since then, she has been available thru email to help with post adoption issues.

Duewel Family. Love, love this family! They are another family that we try to get in touch with 1-2x a year. The kids are so cute! And we love to see them play with each other. It was so funny how the girls would call "Diego! Diego!" Love it! Diego loved the attention. Andrew plays well with Alex and Sebastian as well.

This is part of the Duewel Fam with cousin (or nephew) Kai --all the way from Hawaii. He was fun and helped take group pics for us!

After the CHI Reunion, several families got together, went swimming at the Drury, and met up at Chick-fi-la for dinner! It was neat to see all the little Colombians playing in the play place. I missed that pic, but here is one of the parents.

Me and Joanyett
We hope to meet up with Joanyett on Sunday with her daughter who was adopted from Colombia. Can't wait to meet her! We prayed for their family as they were going through the process.
(BTW, the shirt is from Old Navy! Love it. Even though, it probably is like a California thing, I like to think of it as a Cali, Colombia love!)
