OH no!
We had a mysterious wet spot on the carpet in the living room. No one fessed up to having spilled something and the dogs weren't guilty either... What was it? We tried to dry up as much as possible, and hoped the rest would air dry. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday, and it is just as wet as before if not more! Our A/C is in the hall next to the "spot". ARgh! Looks like we'll have to replace the carpet. And possibly have the A/C serviced.

Girl, I feel your pain....just went through that! I bought the new AC, but insurance did cover the drying out & carpet replacement (after my deductible, of course!)....hope it's not bad for you guys!!

Ugh...our upstairs AC isn't working either. I'm calling today to see when they can come out. Not fun with the expected return of hot weather this week.
