Coronado Tonight!

We fed 111 children! The pastors of this church were in tears at the end of the night. God is good. God is doing a far greater thing than just feeding the children's physical bodies. These pastors are sowing seeds into the lives of the people that make up this community. Thank you, God for Pastor Daniel and Leanor!

I also got another Spanish lesson from my new friends. They are Sebastian, Nicole, Anji, Daniel, and Jose! They are my Spanish Profesoras! I gave Jose a bunch of "bananas" (candy) to share with them. I was washing dishes and missed out on serving the actual food to them tonight, but when I was finished I walked into the meeting room and saw Jose playing Duck, Duck, Goose with our children! Oh, I wish I could bring him home with me.

After dinner was served, we went to a diner to eat where we learned that the Hills' drummer in Church was hit by a bus. He was on a motorcycle and had injuries to his hands, arm, and foot. Please pray for his healing. Driving here is erratic. There are bicyclists, motorcycles, cars, and various work trucks, as well as pedestrians and horse carriages in the streets. I can hear the "beep-beeps" in my sleep! Anyways, your prayers are requested.
