Many Thanks To My Friends In The Blogosphere!

Many thanks to those who commented on the previous post. As evidenced by that post and those that responded, we are a community! As always, I appreciate the kind words and encouragement.

When we began this process, I knew that God was faithful, and He already promised us that He would raise up a group of people to surround us and help us be successful... I never imagined it would be people from all across the nation in whom I would look or call on for support and advice, and most importantly, prayer. Only God can network the body together like that! I have met some of you, and have been truly blessed! Others, I have followed your blog(s) and feel like we are family. I am blessed to call you friends. Thanks for sharing your story and being part of ours. God bless you!

I've been away from the internet and have missed all of this about anonymous. First, I love you, and Merry Christmas!

Just in case anonymous is reading, I have had the wonderful pleasure to meet Wendi, Andrew, and Tatiana. When they were at my house I was struck by what an amazing mother she was, especially considering she had adopted three children at once (it's hard enough one at a time!) and to have the knowledge to parent three new children at three different stages not even counting all the adjusting and challenges inherent in adoption. The children were so polite and well behaved, it seemed she and Ben had accomplished so much with them in a little time.

I am not quite sure how that comment arose, or what it was based on. I have been around bad parents and I have been around misbehaving children, and from what I observed the Woods are doing an amazing job. And... none of us are perfect, and all we can do is ask God to help us do our best.

We hope you had a wonderful day, we love you guys, and are so thankful for your prayers and support! Give the kids hugs from me!
