Children & Child Abuse

Matthew 18:5 - 6

Jesus said, "Whoever offends, harms, or does anything to one of my little children to damage their faith in me, their punishment will be far more terrible than if a millstone were lashed to their neck and then cast into the deepest ocean! However, whoever receives even one such little child in my name, it is just like receiving me!"

Prayer: Father, please give me the proper attitude toward children, both mine as well as other's. Guide those parents still in the rearing process with Godly wisdom, loving direction, when and what kind of stern unwavering punishment when it's needed, and what place God should have in their lives. Thank you, amen.
