This is a poem written by my boss; she is very creative. I thought I'd share with you. Please pray for those of us on the Gulf Coast who are about to experience Gustav.
Gustav comes with gusto--
Anything but a friend--
He creates turmoil and chaos
As he makes water and breaks wind.
Ah, Gustav, the man of mystery,
Will not make his intentions clear.
He flexes his muscles and everyone flees;
He provokes anxiety and fear.
Southerners call him 'Goosed off'
More like a verb than a noun--
Southern hospitality is gone with the wind--
He's unwelcome in every town.
What will be the fate of Gustav
And the fate of all in his path?
Will he cause destruction all around?
Will we succomb to his wrath?
Let's start a charm school for hurricanes
To teach them manners and tact.
No more breaking wind and wetting others--
Teach them the proper way to act.

She is creative! I like the poem a lot. We're praying for your family and all the others affected by this storm. It was nice to talk to you today, thanks to God for drawing us together!
The poem was cute, and I'm hoping you and so many others are spared from the devastation that Gustav might bring. Please know that you and your family are at the forefront of prayers from my family!
And Happy Anniversary also. Rick and I celebrated our 7th Anniversary this year also. On a sidenote, getting past the next week and a half for me and the kids will be a huge relief. Thank God there are great things in sight for us because this is one experience I wish never to repeat.
