My thought is that she would print these and put them in a folder. In times when she needs to find encouragement, she can go back through the notes, the scriptures, the names of people who have held her and her family up in prayer, the promises God has given her and the most awesome words of encouragement. The bible says, "Kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body." Proverbs 16.24
