Waa-Hoo!
Just a quick note to ask all the blog-stalkers to please pray for us as we are about to depart for New York! We are about embark on an exciting (extended) weekend adventure! Tatiana, Andrew, and I are flying out tomorrow morning and should arrive around 5 pm in Rochester, NY. We will meet Sherri and her family and stay with them over the weekend!
Since before Isaac became part of their family, Sherri and I have prayed together. As we've prayed together and followed each other's blog, talked on the phone, I feel like we've been friends forever! Thru this journey, I lost my sister...it was a very difficult time for me...Yet, in that time, God raised up other sisters in Christ that have supported me through words of wisdom and encouragement. Sherri was one of those! I am so grateful that God networked us together through our agency, Children's Hope International, and the Yahoo Group, CHI-Colombia! God has a way of bringing together the body of Christ in ways we don't even think about!
Anyway, it is my hope that I can be a support, an encouragement, a help to Sherri and Joel as they have stood in the gap for Baby Isaac! I want in on that blessing! (Is this selfish or what?) I want to see the Baby that has occupied my mind for so long, for so many months, so many prayers! I want to hold him in my arms! I want to love on him! I want Tatiana and Andrew who pray for him daily to see and touch him and know that he is real, and not just a pic on the computer! I can't wait!
Well, I still haven't packed so I must get going! But, please pray for us in travel. We will return home on Monday nite. Thanks everyone and God bless!

Indeed we join together in prayer that this visit and these few days of fellowship together bring much spriritual enlightenment and strengthening of bonds already formed. I pray for miraculous healing touches for little Isaac, and that Andrew, Tatiana, and Caleb gather together to not only form lasting bonds of friendship, but to tightly weave together their hearts as they pray for God to answer their prayer requests. Praying that God's mighty hand reach out to deliver many blessings!
