Now Pictures!

Andrew-exactly ONE year later!

Andrew has grown so much in the last year! He has done so well in school. He made honor roll and Superintendent's List every marking period, except the first! His teacher said that he was one of the best classroom readers! He teaches his sister and brother things he learns at school! He loves his Papi! He loves to play outside and run! Let me tell ya- that boy can run! Initially, he had some problems with authority and following directions as he tried to parent his siblings...well, I think he's comfortable with Mami and Papi in that role now, and he has learned to enjoy himself! He loves playing the DS now (thanks, Beth!), and is learning to play more advanced games...He is saving his money to go back to Colombia! He's got over $100 now! We plan to go sometime this fall to help with the Hills' Ministry!

Diego-exactly ONE year later!

Diego-WOW! He is a ball of energy! He is such a character and full of love! When we first met him, he loved giving hugs and kisses! I am so happy he STILL loves to give hugs and kisses! While Andrew is more of a Papi's boy, Diego is a total Mami's boy! He is really smart! Still has some difficulty with his speech, but it seems to be improving! He loves to pray...he thanks God for everything--or at least, it seems like everything!!! It must bless God; it sure does me! He is so funny! He also loves his pets and calls Obba, our cat, "Cattie". Oh, and at 3 years old, he can write his name!

Tatiana- exactly ONE year later!

Wow, she has grown! And, just beautiful! Tatiana has a very gentle spirit and is very loving toward her family and pets. She loves school work and can't wait to start "Andrew's School" next year! She has began playing with her Cabbage Patch dolls. She continues to pray for others when they are sick. She prays for Isaac Diego in nearly every prayer, even when blessing her food! When I refer to a princess or God's Princess, she will interject, "Me?" She's God's Princess, but ours too! Thank you God, for entrusting her to us! I pray that we teach her to be more than a Princess by title only...Thank you, Father.

Wow! I'm amazed at how much they've grown. When you "see" them every week (in blogger land) you don't realize it but looking back at your Gotcha Day...they look so young. I can see how much they are filled with you and Ben's love. Their faces just beam!

Wi=ow...they have changed a lot since then. Congratulations on your first year together. They look like great kids and I hope I get the chance to meet them one day.
