que pasa padre?

or what is happenin' Papi? ew!!! still having plumbing problems! Ben decided to try to fix it himself with the help of some chemicals...he has been digging out in the front yard the past few evenings after I get home...so far, he has found lots of "Diego" toys, including several items of clothing from his build a bear outfit! (So, that's where all those belts went!) So, needless to say that toilet is still out of commission. Money has been tight here as Ben is still having problems with his truck. We just spent a $1k on it last 2-3 weeks ago, and now it is making "that same noise!" again! So, we are being challenged to be creative in budgeting and balancing now...I was reading some emails from the fundraising group about how to save money around the house- just some practical tips...think I might be implementing a lot sooner than later. That tax refund will definitely come in handy to play catch up! Please expedite our paperwork Father! (Never hurts to send a little prayer up, does it?)
We have been playing board games more! We would go outside more if the mosquitos weren't so terribly bad. The weather has been great here this past week. We're gonna have to pull out the mosquito torches again...just don't think it's fair to keep the kids all pent up in the house...they need to run and stretch. For Andrew's birthday, he got a soccer ball goal. All of them love to kick the ball toward the goal. Ben and I have even had fun trying to keep up with the kids! They are so much fun...and that Andrew--my goodness, he is SUPER fast! Tatiana is a doll...she cracks me up how she runs! And, Diego is catching up...he is such a funny character!
