Egg Boats

I came home today to learn the children made "egg boats!" Andrew was very excited. Tatiana was describing the eggs using her hands. Diego was equally excited! Beamie had the children help her make stuffed eggs today...also known as deviled eggs (wonder why, deviled eggs? where did that name come from?)...

They were yummy good! We even left Papi a few. He doesn't come in until late on Wednesday nights. We haven't tried to make Wednesday nights since Andrew has started school...it's just too hard with dinner time, bath time, and doing homework with Andrew.
