Today, the children learned about promises from God. They came out of Sunday School each with a Promise Card to "Mami"...Diego promised to help me clean house; Tatiana promised to help me sweep; and Andrew promised to help me wash the car! Well, today we got a lot of house cleaning done...seems like there is a lot more to do, though! We also bathed Ellie and Missy! Andrew helped along with his siblings wash the Suburbie! with Papi!
This evening as we put them to bed, we read about God's requirement of us...to give up everything for Him and follow Him, and when we seek Him with our whole heart, He has promised us so much...and God's promises bring hope!

I just love hearing about all your children are learning. I was just spending extra time praying with Caleb, even though we were late to bed after church tonight. I was thinking, isn't it an amazing privilege to saturate our children with the things of God? Also an amazing responsibility. You guys are doing great as a Mami and Papi! You're an encouragement to keep it up!
