
My weight loss efforts aren't doing so well...but at least I'm moving more now, right? I think my weakness lies when at home (evening meal time) and Sunday afternoons (after-Church!)...
Today, as the kids were waking from there naps, I went to lay beside Ben on the couch! Believe it or not, there was a time that we both did fit on the couch! Ha!
So, my challenge this week is to eat more healthy and drink more water, oil-pull each day this week ( a detox technique I found off line; not sure if it really works, but think it works psychologically on me + it really does whiten your teeth!), complete the ten miles of the 60-Mile Challenge! Thanks to those who have followed along with me!
