G-Bubbie Alex teaches Andrew.

...how to make funny faces!

Check out the pics. We met up with G-Mami & G-Papi and G-Bubbies tonight for dinner. Got some funny pics...thought we'd post!

The children's God Parents...they call them "G-Mami" and "G-Papi" and sometimes Diego calls them that...otherwise, it's "G-Ama" or "G-Apa"!!!

G-Bubbie Caleb doing the "Claw" entertaining Diego!

More silly faces...G-Bubbie Alex was full of energy tonight!

Ha! got to tell you something funny- at school all day Andrew was telling me he was excited becasue "grandma and grandpa" were coming over. I said "Oh! abuela?" and he looked at me crazy and said no no, not abuela. grandma. I was thinking, oh no, by calling them the spanish word for grandma might have made him think of someone in columbia....it all makes sense now- he wasnt saying grandma at all!!!! he was saying g-mami and g-papi!!!!!!!! Oh I am so glad you told me about this blog,, now I just laugh at my conversations with him!!! He was so cute at the parade today, and so proud of his mask. me and mrs. patteson don't really do mardi gras either, so we look forward to the school parade, because it is so much fun and they get soooo excited!! Ohhh and such a beautiful moment- We had an assembly for making all A's second 9 weeks and Andrew was the first name called and as he went up to get his button the whole school was like "yeah Andrew! All the teachers were saying ohhh i cant belive he made all A;s, it was such a pretty moment of children being so glad for someone else, and he was soooo proud and excited! just made me want to cry.everyone clapped twice for him- when he went up and then when he sat down.

Take care!
