To Circumcise, or not to Circumcise

Wow, this could really be controversial...but for all those who are questioning--we got several professional, medical opinions, and the physician deemed it as a medical necessity for both boys.

I am not certain if I had two boys at once if I would do this again simultaneously, however! Andrew has practically fully recovered! Praise God! He has returned to school, with restrictions on PE. Diego, on the other hand, is scheduled to see the doctor for a follow-up tomorrow. Still a lot of swelling. We can't seem to get him to sit down long enough...although, it is not as swollen as before...we will again get the doctor's opinion on what we need to do or if we need to be concerned tomorrow...

There have been very supportive parents on the Yahoo group who have encouraged us and gave us tips along this journey. Thanks, to all of you. We appreciate your advice.

The nite of the surgery Tatiana also got a fever. We took her to the pediatrician the following day. All three sick at one time. My mother said I have been officially welcomed into Motherhood. Anyways, Tatiana is much better; as well as Andrew! Diego...he is truckin' along!

Nana and Papaw sent Diego a schoolbus toy in the mail for his birthday. He has been riding it and rolling it all thru the house. And he refers to the driver as Papaw!! I don't know if he knew that Papaw really does drive a school bus...but he loves it, Papaw!!! Thanks so much! It has entertained him a while...the books, playdoh, and tv were SO...shortlived!!!
